Website terms of use
Status: Draft for review — not yet effective.
Draft status and scope
These draft terms concern use of the consulting website. Verified operator identity, registration and contact details, governing-law wording and dispute arrangements require legal approval before they become effective. Browsing a service page or submitting an enquiry does not itself establish a consulting engagement.
General information
Public content explains potential consulting services and is general information. It is not legal, medical, financial, engineering, certification or regulator advice. The relevant service scope, responsibilities, fees and reliance on deliverables must be agreed in writing. Requirements can change and applicability depends on the actual activity and location.
Use and intellectual property
Use the site lawfully and submit only information you are authorised to share. Do not impersonate others, upload malicious material, misuse credentials or attempt unauthorised access. Website materials and third-party content remain subject to their respective rights. Client-specific ownership and permitted reuse of deliverables are determined by the agreed engagement.
External providers and availability
Linked scheduling, payment and other external services have their own terms. A link is not a guarantee of availability or endorsement of every statement on the destination. The site must not be relied upon for emergency response or safety-critical authorisation. Any final liability provisions must preserve rights that cannot lawfully be excluded and require review by qualified counsel.
Before launch, identify the legal entity, contact channel, jurisdictional basis, effective date, retention schedule and approved processor list; then obtain legal review.
