Status and operator
This is a draft notice for the consulting website. The verified legal entity, registration details, registered address and designated privacy contact have not yet been confirmed for publication. The contact page provides the current enquiry route. This notice must be completed and approved before production collection of personal information.
Information and purposes
The enquiry flow requests contact and business information, the selected service and the message you choose to provide. Professional applications request experience, competence and related application information. Account access involves authentication data. Configured payment and booking providers may process transaction or appointment details under their own notices. These flows are intended to support enquiries, application review, account access, agreed services and security. Optional marketing consent is separate from an enquiry or application.
Sharing and international processing
Access should be limited to authorised personnel and providers needed for the stated purpose. The final hosting, authentication, payment, scheduling and communication providers, their processing locations and applicable transfer arrangements require confirmation before launch. This draft does not claim that any particular hosting location or international-transfer safeguard has been approved.
Retention and requests
Retention periods by record type, deletion procedures, legal holds and the verified rights-request process require approval for the operating service. Use the contact route to request information about access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal. Identity checks may be needed to protect the relevant record. Do not include passwords, identification documents, medical information or sensitive incident evidence in the public enquiry.
Sensitive information and automated processing
The website is intended for business and professional enquiries. It does not provide a public channel for sensitive uploads or a live automated QHSE diagnostic. Client health, worker, incident and other restricted information requires separately agreed secure handling. Any future AI processing needs an appropriate notice, authorised sources and competent human review. Child-directed services are outside this release.
Before launch, identify the legal entity, contact channel, jurisdictional basis, effective date, retention schedule and approved processor list; then obtain legal review.
