Accessibility statement
Status: Draft for review — not yet effective.
Our approach
The website is being developed with readable structure, labelled controls, keyboard navigation and visible focus, with WCAG 2.2 AA as a design target. This is a target rather than a certification or a claim that a completed independent accessibility audit has passed.
Request assistance
If a page or form is difficult to use, contact the team with the page address, the task you were trying to complete and the assistance or alternative format you need. Share browser or assistive-technology information only if you are comfortable doing so. Do not send passwords or unnecessary health information.
External services and languages
External booking and payment pages may have different accessibility characteristics. The enquiry route remains available for discussing an alternative arrangement. English is the current content language; professionally reviewed Arabic content has not yet been published. No unverified bilingual service or response-time commitment is made.
Before launch, identify the legal entity, contact channel, jurisdictional basis, effective date, retention schedule and approved processor list; then obtain legal review.
