Professional application and engagement terms
Status: Draft for review — not yet effective.
Application is an expression of interest
Submitting a professional application does not guarantee acceptance, assignments or payment. Experience, qualifications, work authority and any relevant licences must be checked before an engagement is approved. Applicants should describe their experience accurately and disclose material conflicts of interest.
An engagement needs written agreement
Any assignment must define scope, competence requirements, confidentiality, deliverables, review, revisions and acceptance. Employment or independent-contractor status must follow the lawful written arrangement for the actual work. Fees, expenses, taxes, insurance, permits and payment timing must be agreed before work begins.
Application boundary
The application and account area is for submissions and status information. An account does not confer approved-professional status, a guaranteed assignment or access to other applicants' records.
Before launch, identify the legal entity, contact channel, jurisdictional basis, effective date, retention schedule and approved processor list; then obtain legal review.
